We acquire a home for about $400,000 — including purchase price, closing costs and light rehab — and place it into an investment-ready structure.

How We Make Money
To keep sourcing great properties and managing your investments, EquiFi charges a 1.8% annual asset management fee on invested capital.
We also co-invest 10% in every property, owning shares alongside you — so our interests stay aligned with yours.
We only earn when your property performs.
